    Hello Visitors....!! Here i'll take the pleasure of introducing my self, This is Ajay Kumar Kalva, a process Engineer by Profession and a Blogger by Passion.

    Below are my qualification details:
    Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering (B. Tech.,) from JNTUK completed in 2013,
    Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified by KPMG in 2019,
    Process Safety Management practitioner since 8+ years,
    Master's in Quality Management (M. Tech.,) from BITS Pilani completed in 2022,
    Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified by TUV SUD in 2021,
    Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt by TUV SUD in 2023,
    Currently pursuing PhD from BITS Pilani in Reaction Engineering & Catalysis.


    Knowledge on Software's:
    Minitab for performing MSA (Measurement System Analysis), Regression, DOE (Design Of Experiments), Process Capability & Performance (using Cp, Cpk, Pp & Ppk).
    Visimix for evaluation of mixing characteristics of reaction mass at various level of process design and scale-up.

    Since my B. Tech., i was quite interested in Web Designing and turned Web Developing into my Hobby, and along with Web Developing, Software collection, Hacking were my favorite niche, and you can contact me @ Facebook, @Twitter . 

    And coming to my Professional Experience, i've worked for 2 years 3 months in Technical Services Department in Hetero Labs Ltd., and 7 years in Technology Transfer dept. in Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Currently associated with Adama India PVT LTD as a Manager in Kilo lab & Pilot plant. I'm responsible for New product technology transfer, Capacity Enhancement through De-bottle necking & Scale-up's, Continuous Improvement and Incident / Failure InvestigationsI'm highly interested in continuous processing using tubular reactors, Plug flow reactors (Micro reactors) and their scale-up.

    The main Motto of this site is providing some technical stuff for the Rookie Process Engineers who enters into Pharma Industry from fresher stage, and Many a time i've searched my queries in google like how to select a condenser, how to select a vapour column, etc, but my search doesn't received satisfactory results, and i don't want my fellow Process Engineers to face such scenario....!!! For me everything around will have some calculations and their own theory, and i would like to explore them for my own satisfaction, and those things can't be remembered for long time, so i'll be posting those here for my future reference, at the same time those may be helpful for others also, and if you also having the same thought of sharing your knowledge, then i'll welcome you as an author whole heartedly, Join me Lets Develop the Web .........................!!!!
